Tems Sees Off Stiff Competition to Win Second Grammy for Best African Music Performance.

Nigerian singer Tems has once again made history at the Grammy Awards, winning the coveted Best African Music Performance category. This marks her second Grammy win, solidifying her position as a global music icon.  

At the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, Tems’ soulful track “Love Me Jeje” triumphed over stiff competition from fellow Nigerian artists Burna Boy, Asake, and Wizkid, as well as Yemi Alade and the Chris Brown collaboration “Sensational” featuring Davido and Lojay.

This victory further cements Tems’ place in music history and highlights the growing global recognition of African music on the world stage.
