Bianca Censori is in legal hot water in Paris, facing a potential prison sentence or a €15,000 fine. 

During a recent shopping excursion with her husband Kanye West, the 29-year-old architect turned heads by donning nothing but sheer tights, exposing her groin and bare bum in paparazzi shots. 

Returning to the Ritz Hotel after a Fendi outing, Censori, under a cropped fur coat, forwent both shirt and bra. Unbeknownst to the couple, they breached France’s decency laws. 

Article 222-32 of the penal code stipulates a one-year prison term or a €15,000 fine for deliberate sexual displays accessible to the public. 

While nudity isn’t inherently indecent, the law distinguishes against such displays in public spaces. 

This isn’t the first time Censori’s provocative attire has stirred controversy; she previously risked a €10,000 fine or imprisonment for strolling “virtually naked” in Italy last year.
