Diddy’s Woes Pile On as New Lawsuit Implicates Him in Son’s Alleged Sexual Assault of Lady.

Diddy's Woes Pile On as New Lawsuit Implicates Him in Son's Alleged Sexual Assault of Lady.

Sean Combs, commonly known as P Diddy, has found himself entangled in a lawsuit alleging that his son, Christian “King” Combs, sexually assaulted a woman while working on a yacht chartered by his father. The lawsuit contends that Combs Sr. not only facilitated the circumstances leading to the assault but also orchestrated efforts to conceal it afterward. This lawsuit is just one in a series of serious allegations against the rapper in recent months, all of which he vehemently denies.

Grace O’Marcaigh, who served as a crew member and bartender on the yacht, alleges that Christian Combs pressured her into consuming tequila she suspected was spiked with other drugs. According to the lawsuit, he proceeded to grope her breasts and genitals and attempted to coerce her into performing oral sex.

While individuals alleging sexual abuse are typically shielded from public identification, Ms. O’Marcaigh has chosen to step forward and consent to being named through her legal representatives. In response to the lawsuit, Aaron Dyer, a lawyer representing Sean and Christian Combs, has dismissed the allegations as “lewd and meritless,” stating their intention to file a motion to dismiss the claim.

The incident purportedly began in the yacht’s music studio, where microphones captured an exchange between Christian Combs and Ms. O’Marcaigh. She recounts feeling pressured to consume alcohol by the younger Combs, leading to escalating aggression and unwanted advances.

The lawsuit further alleges that the assault persisted in the yacht’s cinema, where Ms. O’Marcaigh sought refuge before another crew member’s intervention halted the ordeal. It asserts that Sean Combs, as the charterer of the yacht, wielded full control over the staff and environment, fostering an atmosphere where such misconduct was not only permitted but encouraged.

Despite Ms. O’Marcaigh’s report of the assault to the yacht’s captain, the lawsuit claims that meaningful action was not taken, purportedly due to Sean Combs’ intervention. Additionally, it alleges that Ms. O’Marcaigh faced retaliation and subsequent unemployment in the music industry, exacerbating her emotional distress.
