A video making the rounds on Facebook shared by German based Nigerian broken english news media “Aproko news” shows a security officer of the Nigerian Embassy Berlin, pants down in a hotel demanding sex from a married Ngerian woman in exhange for a Nigerian paasport.

The man behind the video can be heard accusing Mr Martins of sexaully harrasing Nigerian women who are desperate and have come to the embassy for their passport issues.
