Nigerian songstress, Teniola Apata, popularly known as Teni, has passionately called on the Super Eagles to give their all in the upcoming African Cup of Nations (AFCON) semi-finals against South Africa’s Bafana Bafana. 

Teni specifically urged star striker Victor Osimhen and his teammates to secure a resounding victory, seeking vengeance for the recent Grammy defeat suffered by Nigerian artists at the hands of South African singer Tyla during the 66th Grammys. 

The disappointment of Burna Boy, Ayra Starr, Davido, Asake, and Olamide being snubbed at the Grammys has fueled Teni’s plea for the Super Eagles to triumph in the semifinal clash at Bouaké’s Stade de la Paix in Cote D’Ivoire. 

In a video message shared on her social media, Teni emphasized the need for the Super Eagles to reclaim the celebratory spirit that was dampened by the Grammy loss.
