Diddy is urging a court to reject the request of a woman suing him for alleged sexual assault to remain anonymous as “Jane Doe.” 

Court documents reveal that Diddy and his legal team filed their argument under seal. 

Diddy contends that the accuser’s identity was disclosed by her counsel, opposing her request to stay anonymous. 

Although Diddy’s motion doesn’t explicitly reveal the accuser’s name, it refers to facts that could potentially unveil her identity. 

Diddy argues that the accuser already has a “public-facing” identity. The judge has yet to make a ruling on the sealed motion. 

Last month, Diddy faced a fourth lawsuit denying all allegations against him. The accuser claimed Diddy and others sexually assaulted her in 2003, alleging a disturbing series of events involving drugs and rape. 

Diddy released a statement vowing to fight for his name, family, and truth amidst the legal challenges.
