Kanye West, also known as Ye, has taken legal action against social media personality YesJulz, real name Julianne Goddard. The lawsuit, filed on March 17th, accuses YesJulz of breaching a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed during her work with Ye.

The lawsuit claims YesJulz “repeatedly, intentionally and grossly violated” the NDA by publicly disclosing confidential information. This information allegedly includes:

• Internal company sales figures
• Social media marketing strategies
• Private text messages between Ye and his management team
• Unreleased details about the “Vultures” album, including release plans and product designs

The lawsuit seeks damages “in excess of $8,000,000” from YesJulz.

This legal action follows Ye’s termination of YesJulz last week. YesJulz had been involved in promoting Ye’s “Vultures 1” album rollout. The reported source of the conflict was YesJulz reaching out to Ye fan pages, offering to collaborate on a “Yeezy Universe” app for free. Although she later acknowledged that Ye hadn’t approved the idea, she publicly stated her belief that Ye was aware of her efforts.

Following her dismissal, YesJulz took to Twitter, expressing defiance with a vulgar dismissal of the NDA and inviting a lawsuit.
