A young man with the instagram name “Flexingmike” can be seen in a video making the rounds online, spraying bullets in the air from his balcony in London while blasting 2pac’s song “Hit em up”.

He screamed some words in pidgin English, although we are yet to determine if he is Nigerian, but we will let out more information as we confirm them.
