Nigerian singer Cynthia Morgan has revealed the reason behind her estrangement from fellow musician Burna Boy.

In a recent Instagram post, Cynthia Morgan explained that she is still hurt by Burna Boy’s reaction to an old rumor about him fathering a child with model Uju Stella.

“For those of you sending me messages to reach out to Burna Boy, I won’t. If it was me, I would reach out but he (sic) probably still mad I didn’t believe he didn’t impregnate Uju Stella in 2016. That’s what most men do. They lie and get mad when you don’t believe them….something he finally admitted to online 8 years later,” she wrote.

Cynthia Morgan and Burna Boy were once close friends, even appearing together in her 2015 music video for “Simatiniya.” However, the singer believes this past incident has created a rift between them that she is unwilling to bridge.
