Nigerian music superstar Davido has revealed that his global fame has earned him special treatment, including invitations to presidential dinners in almost every country he visits.

The “Unavailable” singer shared in a recent interview with Kiss Fresh London that he’s often welcomed like a head of state, with invitations to dine with presidents and other high-ranking officials. He expressed pride in Nigeria’s growing global influence, particularly in music and culture.

“Every country we go to, the President invites us for dinner except London [United Kingdom] and the United States of America,” Davido boasted.

He went on to say that he feels most appreciated in Africa, highlighting the warm reception he received from fans during a recent visit to Nigeria with Jamaican artist YG Marley.
