- Out-of-Court Resolution: Both parties agreed to avoid a court trial and resolve the dispute amicably.
- Partial Reimbursement of Legal Fees: Davido will pay N30 million to Brownhill Investment Company Limited as a contribution to their legal expenses.
- Warri Again Concert Performance: As part of the agreement, Davido will perform at the upcoming “Warri Again Concert” on October 4th, 2024.
- Performance Fee Settled: The $94,600 already paid by Brownhill Investment Company Limited will be considered full payment for Davido’s performance at the Warri Again Concert.
This settlement brings a close to the legal battle and ensures Davido’s appearance at the highly anticipated concert in Warri, Delta State.
