Falana, Falz Threaten Legal Action Against Bobrisky Over N10m Pardon Claim.
Human rights lawyer Femi Falana and his son, musician Falz, have issued a strong warning to controversial crossdresser Bobrisky after he accused them of demanding N10 million to secure a presidential pardon. In a cease-and-desist letter, Falana and Falz denied Bobrisky’s claims and demanded a public apology within 12 hours.
The letter, sent through Falana and Falana’s Chamber, highlighted the damaging nature of Bobrisky’s allegations, which have circulated widely on social media. The lawyers accused Bobrisky of using his recent imprisonment to extort money from a group of artists and the public.
Falana and Falz emphasized that they were never approached by Bobrisky for any legal services related to a presidential pardon. They stressed that the crossdresser’s claims were entirely fabricated and defamatory.
If Bobrisky fails to comply with the demands of the cease-and-desist letter, Falana, and Falz have vowed to take legal action, including seeking monetary damages for the harm caused by his defamatory statements.
