Harmonize Takes Aim at Diamond Platnumz Over Grammy Snub.
Bongo Flava’s favorite feud is back on. Harmonize, the former WCB signee, has taken a swipe at his former mentor, Diamond Platnumz, over the recent Grammy nominations.
Diamond, who submitted his music for consideration in the ‘Best Music Video’ and ‘Best Music Performance’ categories, didn’t make the cut. Harmonize, however, believes he knows why.
“You can’t win a Grammy just for greeting people,” Harmonize quipped. “I know what it takes. You need crazy and real production to win the Grammy.”
The ‘Single Again’ singer further asserted that international recognition is based on talent, not fame. “They don’t care who you are they only listen to the music. That’s why I know I’ll be at the Grammys in 2025, 2026, and I’ll win,” he boldly declared.
While the two artists have been at odds for some time, their rivalry has intensified since Harmonize’s departure from WCB. Both artists have been vying for dominance in the Bongo Flava scene, releasing hit songs, touring internationally, and flaunting their wealth.
However, amidst the fiery exchange, Harmonize also revealed a more spiritual side. He shared about his recent visit to Pastor Tony’s church, stating, “I love God. I’m always drawn to where God is. If God speaks somewhere, it doesn’t matter where it is. I’m a Muslim, and I’m super proud of it.”
As the Bongo Flava rivalry continues to heat up, fans are eagerly awaiting Diamond’s response to Harmonize’s latest jab.
