Ugandan celebrities Deborah Nantongo, popularly known as Mami Deb, and Michael Cleave are gearing up for their highly anticipated wedding in the Maldives. The couple, who previously got engaged in the same idyllic location, are excited to embark on this new chapter of their lives together.

Debi recently shared stunning pre-wedding photos on social media, generating excitement among their fans. In a recent interview, the couple opened up about their future plans, including having children.

“Now that we’re getting married, we’re talking about having children, and it’s kind of like starting our lives anew,” Michael shared.

Both Debi and Michael have previous marriages. Debi’s first marriage to a Ugandan man was short-lived, lasting only a year. She later moved to London and had a son, Malakai, with another Ugandan man. Michael, on the other hand, was married for 24 years before divorcing. He credits Debi’s intelligence, entrepreneurial spirit, and beauty for inspiring him to take the leap of faith and remarry.
