Nigerian superstar Davido put a public feud behind him and headlined the 2024 edition of the Warri Again comedy and music show. This comes after a highly publicized disagreement with businessman and former NFF president Amaju Pinnick in 2023.

The dispute arose from Davido’s failure to perform at the previous Warri Again show. Court documents revealed Pinnick sued the singer for 2 billion naira, claiming Davido breached his contract. Davido fired back on social media, accusing Pinnick of using his image for promotion despite knowing he wouldn’t be there.

Thankfully, both parties opted for an out-of-court settlement, paving the way for reconciliation. As a gesture of goodwill, Davido even invited Pinnick and his wife to his recent wedding.

The 2024 Warri Again, held on October 9th, showcased a star-studded lineup. De Stalker kept the crowd entertained as host, while musical performances came from Oritsefemi, Odumodublvck, Fave, Shallipopi, and Phyno.

Davido capped off the night with a high-energy set featuring his hit songs, including the Grammy-nominated “Unavailable” from his record-breaking album “Timeless.”

This performance follows Davido’s recent business ventures, including his new Puma athleisure collection and sneakers. Fans can also look forward to a collaborative track with Jamaican star YG Marley before the year’s end.
