A fiery exchange has erupted between American-British personality Andrew Tate and Nigerian music superstar Davido. Tate, known for his outspoken views, took aim at Davido on his podcast “Rumble Tate Speech,” accusing him of promoting a fraudulent cryptocurrency.

During the podcast, Tate, a former kickboxer, alleged that the $DAVIDO Solana coin is a “rug-pull” scheme, a deceptive tactic where developers abandon a project after artificially inflating its price, leaving investors with worthless holdings. Tate further criticized Davido, calling him a “C-List celebrity” and vowing to expose companies that use endorsements from African celebrities to peddle “trash coins.”

These accusations come on the heels of recent backlash Davido faced over his own cryptocurrency venture. Fans who invested in the $DAVIDO meme coin, launched with much fanfare, reportedly lost money after its value plummeted shortly after launch.
