Ghanaian actress Priscilla Opoku Agyeman, known by her stage name Ahuofe Patri, takes pride in her immense popularity within the country. In a recent interview, she expressed her belief that achieving such widespread recognition is a significant accomplishment.

Ahuofe Patri rose to fame through her role in the popular comedy series “Boys Kasa.” Her character’s nickname, Ahuofe Patri (meaning “Beautiful Patricia” in Akan), became synonymous with the actress herself, leading many to believe it was her real name.

Despite being primarily recognized by her stage name, Priscilla has no qualms with it. “They’ve accepted me, and I’m fine with however they want to accept me,” she said in the interview.

Prior to her acting success, Priscilla participated in the Miss Malaika beauty pageant, reaching the final 10. Her comedic talents further blossomed alongside Kalybos in “Boys Kasa.”

Beyond acting, Priscilla is a dedicated advocate for young women’s empowerment. Her NGO, “She Power,” mentors young girls and fights for gender equality, aiming to tackle sexual abuse in Africa.
