Nigerian music star Burna Boy revealed during an Instagram live that fatherhood will be on hold for now. Responding to a fan’s question, Burna Boy explained that his current lifestyle wouldn’t allow him to be the kind of dad he wants to be.

“I know I can’t give that to anyone right now with the life I live,” he said, referencing the love and dedication he received from his own parents. Burna Boy aspires to provide that same level of commitment to his future children, emphasizing, “When I’m settled and I can be there for my children every day, every single minute of every day, every second, I’m not having no kid.”

He further clarified his position by addressing speculation about his fertility. “Let’s even say that it’s true that I can’t have any kids, have you not heard of IVF?” Burna Boy chuckled, shutting down rumors and reiterating his desire to prioritize his children’s well-being.
