Thomas Sankara: What Do You Know About His History And His Vision?
Thomas Isidore Noël Sankara was the President of Burkina Faso from 1983 to 1987. An iconic, charismatic, revolutionary maxist and pan-Africanish leader became president at the age of 33. His works and vision for his country Burkina Faso was cut short by a deadly coup which took his life on the 15th of October 1987 lead by Blaise Compaoré.
