Femi Fani-Kayode (FFK) Joins APC, The Former Minister Of Aviation Abandons PDP His Former Political Party
Mr.Femi Fani-Kayode a popularly known political figure in Nigeria, who was once a former Minister of Aviation as a member of the African Progresive Party (PDP), under the leadership of former President Olusegun Obasanjo, has formally switched to the ruling All Progressive Congress Party (APC).
Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode was presented to President Muhammadu Buhari by Governor Mai Mala, the Chairman, Caretaker Committee of African Progressive Party (APC), on Thursday at the Presidential Villa, in Abuja.
Tweets from the former aviation minister swearing that he would rather die than join APC is trending right now on social media, in that same tweet which has now come back to hunt him, he called APC which has just joined the party of almajiris. See tweet below:
Mr. Femi Fani Kayode expressed his excitement over his defect to APC, by stating that he was led by the Spirit of God in his decision and that he joined the APC to help in uniting the country, he further added that he was against anything that would cause the disintegration of Nigeria.
He also said that he was instrumental to the exit of three Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governors to the APC.
