WHO Approves First Malaria Vaccine

It is estimated that malaria has been the curse of death for over 500,000 people globally, the largest percentage of death is in Sub-Saharan Africa and children have been heavily on the receiving end.

The World Health Organization (WHO) after so many years of research, has finally approved the first ever malaria vaccine. It is an historic move and a very welcoming news. WHO on Wednesday 6th October 2021 recommended the distribution and widespread use of the world first and only malaria vaccine, in regions were there cases of malaria.
